This self catering apartment is second floor studio apartment in a traditional red sandstone tenement building in Old Castle Road, Cathcart on the southside of Glasgow.

After climbing stairs to the second floor, entry to the apartment leads to a small hallway with three doors facing the front door.

The central door leads into a narrow toilet/bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The left hand door leads into a large kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has all the normal utilities - gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. In common with the design of tenement properties, the room has a "recess area" which in this case is used for storage of a table and chairs and an extra bed.

The right hand door leads into a large living room - the recess in this room is used to contain a small double bed. The recess can be curtained off to maintain a clean living room for visitors !
