This self catering apartment is a lower conversion and all main rooms are characterised by high ceilings and a feeling of space.

There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A further fold-down bed is available.

The kitchen is a "galley style" with upgraded units and leads directly into an alcove with a breakfast bar at one end and into a porch with access to the garden at the other.

There is a bathroom with a bath and toilet and there is also a separate toilet off the hallway.

The hallway itself is spacious and the visitor is greeted by a tartan carpet as a welcome to Scotland.

The drawing room has been restored with a large fireplace and overmantle, the cornicing and central ceiling rose have been emphasised and the classical cream fringed curtains contribute to an overall colonial atmosphere.
